I already ordered the apps, what's next?

Next we need you to send us your Biz/Pro image & info you want inside the apps. Just follow the steps above, and then click the "Send" button @ the end. You can also toggle the steps timeline on top to reveal the email icon to send as well.

Can I send my stuff before ordering apps?

We prefer the Apps order in PayPal 1st, before we put together your FREE APPS. However, if you note in the Email (along with the PayPal Email you WILL use) that payment will follow, then we can wait for it.

How long till my apps are ready to share?

Once we receive your PayPal payment and you've sent your image & info as requested here, then 2-3 business days.

Where does my image & info go in the apps?

Your Image, Name, and Description will be displayed @ the bottom of the apps. When folks click that (or "About" @ Top), they will see even more info including all your linked contact information as well.

How do I send my info & image to you?

Please use the "Send" button (in step ③) or Email Icons on this page to launch your email program that will tell you what info we need from you for the apps. Also make sure to attach your image (photo .jpg or logo .png).

What size & type of image should I send?

Please no bigger than 1MB. If it's one you're currently using online that's a decent size, then that should be perfect. Don't sent a tiny thumbnail size either though. Preferred file types are a .jpg for your photo, or a .png for a logo (an SVG will work as well).

Will I be able to change info if needed?

Yes, if we get it wrong the 1st time due to an error, we'll do it for free. If you're requesting a change in the future to your info and/or image, then we will have a reasonable change fee in effect.

Can I cancel my recurring subscription payments after I order the Apps?

Yes, you can go into your PayPal account to cancel, and your apps will last until your remaining subscription runs out. However, you will have to re-purchase after that time at any new price increases; if you want to keep running your apps online past that.

Will my Apps Service pricing ever go up?

NO! We honor your price with our "Price Guarantee", as long as you keep your recurring payments in place without a cancellation. Any increases will be for future purchases only.
